Officials Deliver Bullets Quickly, First Aid Slowly

Here is a rough timeline of the events surrounding the police execution of Woody on Sunday, December 2, compiled from several of sources. The source of each event is designated as follows:

It is interesting that whereas Martin has the second Rescue Inc. team arriving at 10:17, Frechette's account has him arriving at 10:27 and thereafter bringing in the backboard at, which is assembled by Shawn Hammond, whose account indicates the handcuffs were still on at that time. That would have Patno, on the second team, being at the church for at least 10 minutes, and probably about 14 minutes before he discussed removing the handcuffs with an officer.
